Founded in 2000

By the visionary Mr. Ilanghovan, a first generation Entrepreneur in the millennial year 2000, and is the fastest growing privately held limited company. Today christened as “OASYS Group” with strong research and innovation as its mission has served global customers with its presence from India. Initially know as Agate Energy Management Pvt Ltd, concentrating on Energy Meter Manufacturing & Emission Reduction Solutions Company managed by a professional board of executives.

Joint Ventures

OASYS initially pioneered the GSM based Advanced Metering Infrastructure(AMI) with largest installations in the country, and continues to play a vital role in setting up infrastructure of Advanced Metering for organizations to optimize the delivery and use of energy. The innovative leadership instigated to create breakthrough electronic energy meters after the successful tie-up with the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) which supported the acceleration of its innovative strategy.

As the open door expanded wider and wider, OASYS chose to explore external collaborations to meet the company's global innovation and knowledge needs and by which established joint venture with international companies to leverage each other's technology strengths, consequently framing Omni Agate Systems Pvt. Ltd in association with OMNE Systems Korea, in the year 2000.

In speedy pace of time, with advancing speculation and innovative energy products, OASYS grew as a leader in the energy sector and bagged prestigious government orders and turned into the producer and supplier of energy management solutions for the country. Omne Agate Systems Pvt Ltd (OASYS) was first private sector Company in the nation to implement “Automated Meter Reading (AMR) project” for “9494 Distribution Transformer Metering System”.

Upgraded Products & Services

By the year 2016, Omne Agate Systems Pvt. Ltd amalgamated and rechristened as OASYS CYBERNETICS Pvt. Ltd. “OASYS” scaled up its e-Governance and Information Technology divisions with more technology focus along with expansion into other verticals like Education, Hospitality & Media.

Today, OASYS operates with 700+ Technically Qualified Engineers, Certified Project Managers, Architects and 500+ Field Staff.

Mr.K.R.Ilanghovan

Managing Director

First Generation Entrepreneur, self-made Businessman and idea catalyst. He is a dynamic individual who believes in leading from the front and is passionate about spreading awareness on Emission Reduction, need of e-governance and importance of other smart technologies. By his sole efforts, he founded Omne Agate in 2000, as Energy Management Solutions Company and expanded into various portfolios including e-Governance (Smart City, PDS and CWS), Educational Institutions, Media, Hospitality, and Smart Green Technologies.

His distinguished career is highlighted by introducing first AMR Metering System in India. Besides, he being an Engineering Graduate from a reputed college, he is also innovative and brings a perfect match of commitment, calibre, passion and dedication on board.

He is a philanthropist and contributes to the social causes and promotes education activities. Because of his untiring efforts, Omne Agate System is today counted amongst the leading independent company in southern India which under, his leadership has grown from a small team to a size of over 700 Qualified Professionals.

Mr.S.Sridhar - CEO

CEO and Head of Technology of OASYS: the mastermind behind implementation of several novel technologies for our clients of different business verticals. Graduated Engineering from REC Trichy with specialization done in Electronics & Communication. He previously worked at Bhava Atomic Research Centre(BARC) and Nuclear Power Corporation NPC as Scientific Officer promoted from Grade C to E. He has also worked in couple of few established industries namely Taylor Instruments, Birla, ABB Group where he was engaged as Production Incharge for R&D Division.

Mr.V.Subramaniam – CFO

Holds the Chief Finance Officer Position and runs an efficient finance operation in the organization. A Reputed Chartered Accountant with strong educational background in Corporate Secretaryship from Madras University possess extensive working knowledge in Financing, Budgetary Control, Inventory Control, Taxation, Treasury, Statutory Compliance and SOX Compliance. His strategic thinking and financial approach throughout the organization help every part of the business perform better.

Mr.S.E.Vallavan – Director – Marketing

A versatile personality, our Director – Marketing is one of the strong supporting pillars of OASYS. Holding an M.Tech Degree from IIT, started his career as a Chemical Engineer in 1989. Over the years, he has served serious role in across leading companies namely TANFAC, STERLITE INDUSTRIES and more and is also an Entrepreneur. Since 2001, he contributes to the complete marketing department operational requirements. His strong determination to capitalize on buzzword happening in the market facilitated to the growth of the organization in the long run.

Mr.SathyaNarayanan – SVP – Corporate Governance

As a Senior Vice President he work closely with the Chairman, MD leading on defined programmes to ensure that the Group is initiating, managing and delivering a corporate communications strategy to develop the organisations' reputation, brand and relationships, ensuring we have a clear identity and high levels of goodwill and understanding amongst the various stakeholder groups and wider audiences. He provides a strategic advisory communications function to the Chairman, MD and Staff, supporting them in their roles as ambassadors for the organisation.

Mr.R.Thulasidasan – VP - Operations

Plays a bigger role in Operational Planning; He is a quick planner and decision-maker who plan and execute projects through managing resources and performance and thereby meet volume-related metrics. An Engineer with a high profile working experience in leading companies namely HCL, Avery India and Crompton Greaves continues to initiate and promote continuous improvement programs across the respective sphere of influence and also takes part in identifying new business development opportunities in OASYS since 2001.

Dr. Antony Raj PhD., VP

16+ Years of experience in software design and development in varied technologies, involved in Project Management, Operations, e-Governance Projects initiation and implementation, Presales, Digital Marketing and Product Positioning, etc. He has completed his UG and PG from Madurai Kamaraj University and completed his doctorate in computer applications at University of Chennai. He acquired many certifications and many publications to his credit and he is the member of Data Security Council of India, NASSCOM.

Mr. Balakrishnan – General Manager – BD Quality

A Compliance, Regulatory, Accreditation & Quality Professional who has put in tiring efforts to raise the company standards and gain better visibility on OASYS services in the market. An AMIE Mechanical Engineer worked as resident engineer of various firms and completed various power projects of coal, oil and gas based and also has 30 years of service in Tata Consulting Engineers. and handled various power projects system study projects in India, Iran, Malaysia etc., He was selected by CEGB UK as generation advisor for Zimbabve Electricity Supply Authority and worked for improvement of generation, indigenization, and power loss analysis improvements etc.
